Delivery: Services are provided on a recurring monthly basis, ensuring consistent support and value.
Updates: Clients will receive regular updates and communications regarding the status of their services.
2. Subscription and Payment
Recurring Payments: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are automatically processed using the payment method provided during signup.
Changes to Payment Information: Clients are responsible for keeping their payment details up to date to avoid interruptions in service.
3. Cancellation and Pausing
Easy Cancellation: You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time by sending an email to Info@marketmakermgmt.com. Cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
No Contracts: Our services operate on a month-to-month basis, so there are no long-term commitments.
4. Refunds
Non-Refundable Services: Refunds are not provided for work already completed within the month of service.
Billing Errors: If you are accidentally overcharged or charged for services you did not request, a full refund will be issued for the disputed amount.
